Rance. Pleaded guilty and got three games. Behind the play, head high contact, waite concussed, probably fair enough.

Waite getting away with the kick to the nuts is a joke IMO

Either the guy he kicked has no nuts or steel nuts as he didn't flinch or show any pain. If none of those are applicable (no nuts or steel nuts) then the ruling of low impact is a fair call by the tribunal.

I don't think it was intentional low impact though. He just got lucky by not lifting his leg high enough to do more damage.

I think he is lucky to get away because their is no doubt to me that it was his intent to kick him in the nuts.

Mate, the rule is that the nuts are treated as severe as head high contact. I am astounded he got off.

As is the player he kicked, in McGuane who had a tweet along the lines of "Feels sorry for Rancey get 3 games for a charge, it feels like a kick in the nuts"

Once again Rick E Boy, you've got it spot on. They both committed to the contest and simply could not avoid contact.

Sorry, should of added the ;) but i thought it would be obvious that it was jest. If Waite had tried that on me....... :axe: Not sure why he's been so dumb over the last couple of seasons. Can't remember him doing much wrong before that.

No worries mate. You are a Carlton supporter so you do get pretty protective of your players, even the stupid Waite ;)
