Luke Hodge all the way!
What a player! Hard, courageous, skillful, composed, good looking, etc

While others run away from packs, Hodgey can walk thru them, not get tackled & can lace out somebody 50m away! Super player

Once upon a time there was room for individuality within the team rules, both as players and spokesmen.
Be nice to hear A player or coach say ..if we don't win this week, I will do something outrageous.

Personalities...where are they

the blokes I used to love to watch
Bruce the flying dormat Doulle
Carl Dittereich
Crackers Keenhan
Dermott Brereton
Mark Jacko Jackson
Sunday arvo highlight was the swans and their cheerleaders and Capper. Capper a fair dinkum dropkick but entertaining.
Lockett, Bernie Quinlan...the list goes on.

I have only seen very minimal old footy, but makes me wish that I was around then
100x better then the current footy we watch
I love to see blokes smash in and hit the ball hard, the days when players were picked for skill not cause they could run rast or jump high.

So I like or liked
sam mitchell
Hodge
Barry hall
Lockett
Glen Archer
diesel Williams
Dermi
Dipper

there is more aswell
get on board the thunder train!!!
