Very sad, especially only a couple of days after another extreme athlete, Kelly Mcgarry, passed away.

As a Collingwood mad 9 year old, the old man took me to the 81' VFL Grand Final and I'll never forget Jon English pre-game stuff for how much he got the crowd Involved. Not sure the footage tells the true picture. RIP JE!

RIP Ronnie Corbett.

I really enjoyed "The Two Ronnies" back in the 80s.

A British comedy legend.

He also starred in a series called Sorry where his character was a middle-aged librarian who lived at home with his mum.

My god. How sad. I remember as a kid watching the Two Ronnies and Dave Allen on a Friday night on Channel two and if I got the adult humour, pi$$ing myself laughing. That would've been in the late 70's I reckon.

Great times, never to be seen/revisited again unfortunately. Some of the best memories of my childhood.

I was sad when Dave Allen died, very sad when Ronnie Barker died and now that Ronnie Corbett has died, it puts a full stop on my childhood recollection.

These guys taught me about humour and timing. Not that I'm good at it, I just appreciate it in everyday life moreso because of them.

Thanks guys, peace.
