Dedja, I tend to agree but there is an oversupply of channels and the content (new content) just isn't there. What else can they do?

10 started the ball rolling with 1HD, it was mentioned recently its not rating that well.

I tend to think if its free we should just take what we can get. Foxtel on the other hand, which i have because of the AFL, has about 30 channels of crap.

good to see the Federal Govt changed the rules with free to air tv coverage

channel 7 is being allowed to show the tennis on 7two

perhaps this is a way of the future, hopefully for footy season

I noticed that last night when I got home. Brilliant work Ch 7 and it should be happening more often. Also I heard that GO showed the 20/20 lead up game yesterday afternoon. Great Stuff!!
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!

I can't believe how many digital channels we have now that are just shopping channels 100% of the time.

So much crap.

Although there are considerably more channels than when GO etc first started, digital tv has deteriorated rapidly in recent times.

Spot on. It's breathtaking how the free to air stations have butchered a chance to be innovative and provide real variety of content.

Also, the utlisation of HD is appalling.

Repeating a repeat repeated about a week ago is, however, a novel approach to programming...
