I hate swearing, but I can live with it (obviously as I'm a huge fan of both WCBH and SHH) but to me there is a TON more swearing in this series. Off putting.

Agree on an avergae episode, was sitting there waiting for the big laughs and they didn't come. Heard that they chopped out a section from Nathan and Daniel called "Sneaky Nuts" which made it to the DVD which sounded funny with Nathan getting a little bit more of himself into family photos

Wouldn't say pathetic, but it wasn't as good.
Looking forward to seeing the Surfer introduced next week.

I didn't rate S-Mouse much either but his Dad is a crackup so it shouldn't be too bad.

Thought the whole dog wanking thing missed the mark completely. The line between clever and crude is a fine one though.

Wasn't the best episode but I'll definitely keep watching - usually Lilley delivers enough hits to make you forget about the misses.

I almost think he put a bit of a more serious episode in for some reason. Gran didn't seem anywhere near as awful in the second ep compared to the first one hey?

Just watched the first couple of episodes of Psychoville, by the guys who did The League of Gentlemen a few years ago now. Just couldn't help thinking how original and subversive these guys still are, and how original and subversive Chris Lilley once was.

Very underwhelming episode last night.

No Gran, and it really showed. I can see what he's trying to do with S.Mouse (taking the mickey out of Snoop Dogg) but it isn't working IMO. The twins are getting boring.

The only saving grace last night was the surf gangs - didn't mind that bit.

Agreed.

Reckon he's gone past clever to just plain crude (ie - cheap laughs) now. Did we really need to see his shot balls? I keep tuning in hoping it gets better, but I fear the shark is jumping.

watched it for the first time last night and thought it was crap. Even gave up my normal Wednesday night session at a mates place to watch it. I rate Chris Lilley big time with all his prior stuff, but last night's episode was absolute crap.
