there is a good one on on GO on the weekend call Goal, about a Mexican lad who works as a gardener in LA and plays football for fun and gets spotted by a Newcastle United scout. The movie follows his path to the Toon and eventually to the first team. A bit predictable but good movie none the less. The film makers sort of blend in real action and the actors to make the game scenes better than you would normally expect.

Had to laugh though when I saw it advertised on GO as starring David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Stevie Gerrard. I reckon they have maybe one line each in it.

Then there are the car racing ones...seem to remember a crop of them in the 70's with the likes of Steve MQueen, Paul Newman and James Garner (I think).

IIRC they had pretty obvious titles like Gran Prix and Le Mans.
