I think not!

One of the most ridiculous films I've ever seen.

Gets worse with each viewing.

Each to their own...

I'm a Spike Lee fan but this is neck-and-neck with School Daze and She Hate Me as his worst film.

135 mind-numbing minutes of exposition.

Terence Blanchard's score stinks even worse...

Last ten or so years haven't been kind.

Though I think Hollywood Ending (2002) was his absolute low...

Worst piece of shit I've seen in a long time.
Very difficult to follow and not believable at all.

Balls Out: Gary the Tennis Coach (a Seann William Scott movie). It was bloody terrible. But the worst thing about it was we forgot to give it back to the video shop. $68.50 we ended up paying for that piece of crap!

Just tortured myself with some weekly Aussie DVDs...

Sweetie - Pretentious, self-conscious, 'look at me I'm a director' w@nk. Jane Campion's directorial debut.

Bliss - Ray Lawrence didn't direct another fillum for 17 years. Amazing he ever got another chance after this wreck.

Acolytes - Weird art/genre piece. $#!thouse.

The Tender Hook Delivers a knockout blow. I was out cold in twenty minutes. ZZZZZZ...

Seen that, agree it's pretty lame.
Seen Lost Things (2003) ?
Not fantastic, but a reasonable low budget effort IMO.

Reakon we're quite possibly the only people who have seen it!

Let down by an undercooked script.

I did but then we got a letter from debt collectors. I rang up the video shop and told them that their business conduct was unethical, filed a complaint with head office, everything. Unfortunately they said it was the debt collectors' problem now. I'd like to buy a house one day so I didn't take it any further. :( Now I'll just use the Happy Valley video shop because they don't give a s**t about late returns.

You're not talking about the mid-80s adaptation of the Peter Carey novel, starring Barry Otto? 'coz that was fantastic, if a little long. Very faithful to the original text.

Oh but its a masterpiece and the plot is very adult as is the comic book.

The Sex scene in is probably the most uncomfortable I have felt watching a movie in a cinema.
