With Marilyn not pulling the older fans back to the Bay (if anything, she's caused more people to turn off), Home and Away have dragged out another ex-resident in Will, who is returning this week.

..and now Georgie Parker (playing an established character who was previously played by a different actress).

With all due respect to Georgie Parker, Home and Away has totally botched the return of Roo to the bay. They could have at least got someone that would have somewhat resembled the original Roo (Justine Clarke).

What's next - Bobby making a return, saying she faked her death and has been living with Hugo and Martha in a fake death refuge

I don't normally complain re acting and stuff...

But my goodness gracious me - that mother and baby scene last night I found a tad 'unreal'.
A mother whose baby falls into the sea like that would be screaming the place down.
A bit too calm she was.

But then I guess we were meant to be focusing on Marilyn not that part of the scene, but still.

Anyway - does Marilyn live or die?

Looks like Home and Away have stopped with the ridiculous storylines...for now, though I don't hold much hope this will last with the Bra Boys storyline being hyped up.

LMA, your pics above actually Tache (or Tash, as she probably prefers) from Neighbours - she is the daughter of Erinsborough High's principal, Michael.
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

I've wondered whether Jason Donovan would ever make an appearance back on the show, actually. Would be good to have a few more of the older/original characters back on there over time.

It's a little hard for some to come back, either the actor has passed on or the person they played has passed on, eg Magde.

Have to agree OL - some good story lines at the moment.
The Braxton boys and the baby thing.
What have they done with Angelo :(

Not sure about the Leah and Miles story line.
Nor the Bianca and Liam thing.... however I really don't like Bianca's character - never have - so probably influenced by that..lol.

And into the future...

Not half obvious to tell that Dr Sid and Roo are going to end up together !!

O:)

I LOVE the 'outfits' they make Ruby wear. She looks huge at times, if you know what I mean... ;)

And April, sigh, she is too perfect.
