Now down to 591,000.

Lost well over half its audience.

THis week it was down to 391,000

Even allowing for the State of Origin, that's about as clear an indication as possible that it's just not worth watching.

I've actually really enjoyed the past 3-4 weeks. Seems people turned it off just when it finally starting delivering.

yep, let's face it, Australia's attempt at humour has been pathetic for ages. We are only good for movies or mini series about historical Aussie sagas. We are "try-hards".

The Castle and The Dish.

No coincidence both were produced by the last decent comedy group in this country, Working Dog, who realised that everything didn't have to be sprayed choc-full of the F-bomb to get a laugh.

you guys need to stop taking things too seriously. for the first few episodes, I was a bit disappointed with the show, but since then, i have taken it for what it is (a full on piss take) and I reckon it's gold. I'm probably the only person that thinks this, but S. Mouse! is an absolute crack up yeah, yeah.

The Hollowmen went alright, too.

Before that, I reakon you might have to go all the way back to Grass Roots for a great narrative comedy on the small screen.

That was ten years ago...

Heard on the radio today that an on-line soundtrack album will be launched this week and maybe available from ABC shops as well.

All of S.Mouse's "hits" to be included like "slap my albow" and "poo on you"

Hahaha. I will buy S.Mouse's album. I hope it has Daniel's freestyle rap from Mum and Steve's wedding on it as well.

"Marriage! Marriage! Marriage! Steve! Steve! What's up your sleeve?"
