Happy with both Fri and Sat night matches as long as they start at 7:10. It will be interesting to see where the next night venue will be.

I would love to see Saturday night footy somewhere like Thebby or the Bay.

Well stumbling across the Eagles official website a couple of weeks ago I was surprised to see that Eagles members had voted Saturday night was the most popular option to watch SANFL footy. It had more votes than Froday night Sat afternoon and Sunday afternoon....WTF, the Eagles don't play saturday night yet close to 1000 of their 2000 members prefer to watch Sat night Footy...go figure????

So CD has the submission gone into Charles Sturt council to upgrade the lights at Pecker Park to give the members what they want????

You don't have to play* on a Saturday night to enjoy it*. It's probably what suits people. By the way, I didn't vote on that poll, but I like Friday night the best. As far as I know, Charles Sturt council won't allow night matches there. Thebarton would be the best bet for a Saturday night match.

And I'll repeat that night footy at the Bay would be fantastic.

Absolutley Yes! - Always a great atmosphere at Elizabeth for the Sat night games.

The one thing that I would add would be the game of the round of the amatuer leauge before - or after the reserves game.

Satnites at bay would be awesome,IMO Jetty Rd Traders should put money in towards lighting / and help fight the council into getting them. People after the game can go to the many eateries / pubs within staggering distance (ideal starting time for league 6pm).
My favourite time for footy is 2pm though, but a yearly visit to Norwood oval on a Frinite is a yearly must do.
As for Elizabeth- SaturDAY as too far to go at night by train. (scary ppl!!).

Glenelg's Saturday arvo match at Elizabeth was one of the two I have missed this year. It was simply too hard to get there in time for the start, given the other stuff I had to take care of in the morning. Had the game been on a Saturday night I would very likely have gone to it.

Saturday night is a fantastic time to play, although the 6:30pm starts Centrals have are too early IMO, should either be 7:00pm or 7:30pm.

if its at elizabeth or most grounds i vote yes,if its at norwood i vote no because all night games there should be scrapped.
