On the weekend Skipworth suffered a serious injury... possibly season ending

Little chance of a return to WWT this season or being drafted next season

30 June I think but might be difficult unless Bendigo let him off his contract

I do know he has a family member crook so might be a factor...

He's only young (about 24 I think?) and I was always hoping he'd return to the Eagles one day. Hopefully he decides to come back and finish his career here sooner rather than later if he doesn't get another shot at AFL.

His brother played a very good game of football for North tonight as well. Hopefully the Roosters will see the true talents of Joel like we were lucky enough to see with Matty.

Last time I checked tackling was allowed in footy and anyone who crows about a serious injury is a tool of the highest order.

Let's hope karma delivers what the Mighty Reds deserves. Nimrod.

Dude, as discussed last year, there's a big difference between tackling a player and trying to pull a blokes arm out of his socket when the ball is no where in play and you have the player in an uncompromising situation where they can't fight back of which there pictures shown on here to prove it last year.
Sour grapes not tasting to nice tonight Topsy?
Karma has spoken with the way Matty and Hayden's careers have gone as did it tonight. :wink:

Mate, tonight must have really cut you up bad going into the game favourites and having 2 more bench players.
I think I enjoy the way you're feeling even more than I enjoy the win or the $114 I made from the game. :lol:
Karma strikes yet again my friend, you should think about that!. ;)

Your making yourself look like a real "d*ck" on many topics topsy. How about your "desperate" club who when asked by North to allow the 2 North players to be able to play after the interchange blunder at the start, because the rules allow the other team to give permission to reverse the decision, guess what Norwood said - NO.

Sportsmanship and fair play are words replaced at Norwood by the word "DESPERATE". That applies both on and off the field given your clubs appallingly bad business decisions in recent years including the desperate meaure to get your pokie venue up and running. What do "desperate" Norwood do - you hand up a profit split to the hotel who were your main objectors! Hopefully they will be able to update your machines otherwise the first customers who walk through the door on opening night will think they have stepped into a gaming machine museum given your machines have been collecting only dust for years!

DESPERATE = Norwood.
