Norwood can win if it rains heavily, Sturt have a letdown after last week, Norwood rediscover the art of disposal, the Legs coaching panel finally lose patience with those players who refuse to adhere to team rules and the umpires give us a dream run.

Sturt by a bit then.

Unlike the last 3 games, everything points towards a Sturt win.

There can be no doubt that Sturt are easily the most raging favourites to win this game in the history of the SANFL.

If Norwood win it will be an upset of Biblical proportions.

No way can this be marked down as a win for the Blues just yet. So far all we have done is go beyond everybody's expectations of us. Norwood on the other hand drove a Tredrea headed Port hard right to the end in the opening round, so must be a capable side. They have also won the last five against the Blues, and the last two at Unley. In reality it is just a team playing above itself against another that has the wood over it. The majority of people aren't seeing it this way, but I think this game is very much in the balance, and for me at least, it ranks as just as an important game as the one we just played at Alberton. A freak victory is always welcomed, but laying the Norwood hoodoo to rest will be a clear sign that we are moving forward. Once again Sturt will have to play with the heart and endeavour it has shown against its past three opponents to get over the Legs. I believe we can do it. GO YOU BLUES!!!

Went to Len Fitzgerald's Service today, which was a touching send off for an SANFL SuperStar.

Oval in A1 condition atm.

A definite danger game for Sturt. We will be missing one of our good recruits due to an ear injury,however, I'm sworn to secrecy by Rick Allen so won't divulge his name.

Expect two great rivals to stage a titanic battle with Sturt to just get over the line after losing to Norwood three times in 2006 and twice in 2005.

Get to the Mouse Cup after in the Cambridge Room and support the Club we love...The Old Double Blues

Sturt will miss Gum big time too. Been playing great footy.

I would have my money on a Norwood victory here.

The Blues are cruising at the moment.

The Legs are a worry.....

As far as the game goes, It indeed is a danger game but I am certain Rick will have the boys focussed to maintain the perfect record before a well earned break the following week.

Everyone remembers it Rik (2005), and it has been talked about amongst the whole Sturt community. We were discussing it back at presentations last week!

Ricky and the side have huge respect for Norwood and, unlike in 2005, our players will not roll up thinking it's a monty, that is for certain.

We haven't beaten you lot for a couple of years and the boys will be fired up to change that stat come Saturday.

With due respect MST, I haven't read a newspaper since Monday due to a severe infection incurred after I was involved in an ugly incident about a month ago

It took all of my determination to get to Unley today despite my incapacitation.

My legs are more like rare steak than pork chops you.....

well said super important game and the legs will be feeling very confident in this game. We are going to have to play above the level we did last week to get up.

That's a damn good point Richard. People tend to forget that just over a season and a half ago Sturt year sitting top after defeating the Panthers at Noarlunga. Then we lost against the Dogs, then against the Legs the following week, if I remember right, and after that it was thank all things good for Westies, because we would have had an early 90's type record since then, if not for the Bloods.
