If partington is back …missing 6-7 weeks of footy …surely not match ready ??

Or will the Bays start to panic and play him ??? Even if he is not 100% ???
Is out of change.....thanks Cambridge Clarrie!!!

This is the problem with an early thread, too much made up stuff.

Did Partington get bail or was he acquitted?

Acquitted after a blind trust donated $1m towards legal fees.

Predicting Glenelg to win by 8-10 goals, then go on and win the Grand Final over Eagles by 6 goals.

Nobes from South played the game of his life against Norwood kicking four goals, he won’t get it that easy against Proud or Durdin. They will struggle to kick goals against a much better drilled team in Glenelg.

Reckon it’s how they fund umpires’ wages.

In all seriousness I am quietly confident of a win (mind you I was last week as well). I expect us to come to play at least 3 qtrs of footy (South will have their periods where they are up). We've been excellent all year at creating midfield pressure and winning clearances that allows us to get it into our three talls. Last we we were way down on fwd 50 entries which means we basically turned the ball over too easily in the midfield. We have a good disciplined defence that got put under pressure last week due to a lack of midfield and forward pressure, and midfield turnovers that meant they had minimal time to cover the eagles options. We bring the pressure and work rate to create spread through the midfield and get the ball deep into our fwd 50 we can get the job done.

However compared to a month a go South are much improved especially in their effort to create pressure and turnovers which allows them to create scoring opportunities. If we take them lightly....

However I believe in my boys to get the job done.

BTW we're 15 and 4 in prelims (if only that was our GF record..... )
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!
