R8 Eagles v Norwood Saturday 1410

Big clash between two big winners from last week.
The Eagles did not need the umpires last week to get up over West but had the usual free ride anyhow. Some habits are hard to break. Last or second to last games for Stengle and Hayes whereas another player has indicated to the club he may be moving interstate after June. Wins now are vital.
Norwood had much more of the ball last week which one Norwood supporter told me was a good return on investment. Not sure if he meant dollars or hard work on the track but they look impressive. Second to last games for Knoll and Callow.
I think it's not often a side wins by a hundred and gets rolled the next week.
Norwood by 2 goals.

Eagles have a bloody good side now,
they should win by 10 goals at least!

Eagles look to have a lot better list, would be surprised if we got within 8 goals of them
Eagles 5.8(38)
Norwood 3.5(23)
Half time
Scoreboard at the ground is still stuck on this
They ran out of most hot food before the league started too, the whole day has been farcical.
Eagles class is a level above atm.

I left at 3/4 time. Evident the pea hearts had ran up the white flag.
Norwood will not play finals, bookmark it now

I know the eagles won but didn’t look great in the first quarter
After that class above Norwood except for goal kicking but meh Eagles won
