Anyone else experiencing problems with buying pre-sale grand final tickets from Ticketek? So far, it won't let you but them, and it says the barcode password emailed to me by my club is not valid.

Opposite problem, I'm still at the Strath and managed to get two tickets I didn't have to pay for on my phone.

Only back ups for friends though as I know where I will be.

I forgot the tickets said Norwood v North Adelaide grand final to start with but they changed the name

What's the prerequisite to get access to pre-sale? I'm an Eagles member but not a season ticket holder. There doesn't happen to be a generic password someone can share to access this?

Thanks MJP. We're having no luck accessing tickets on two desktops. Maybe the club's stuffed something up with our passwords. It's not the end of the world, but it is annoying.

I don't think so, Aerie. I'm a North club member with a barcoded season membership ticket, and (supposedly) the barcode number is my password.

You need the code off your pass
Otherwise tickets are sold from 3.30 tomorrow

I've had the same issue on both laptop and phone saying that my password is invalid.

I'm wondering if Ticketek/SANFL have stuffed up for those people that are entitled to the 2 free tickets for attending every home game - ie. they have a list of barcodes of North/WWT members entitled to the pre-sale and then a separate list of barcodes of those entitled to 2 free tickets from all clubs, but you can't get those until 3pm Monday so that barcode is only valid then and not during the pre-sale.

Silly thing is that anyone can get free kids tickets now in the pre-sale without needing a barcode.

Excellent point, I suspect this might be the problem.

WWTFC have reported on Facebook that it's a Ticketek problem and they're trying to fix the issue. I know a few others that have reported the issue are also those with the 2 free tickets.

Relax, the Eagles are in it, youll all get a ticket

We're aware of some issues with the ticketing for this week's Grand Final. We're working on them now with Ticketek and will communicate when it's fixed! Apologies!

I've got two tix for free in the members somehow that will be going to waste. Same area and seat no but about 7 rows apart.

I've played it safe and purchased a couple of tix at the Bodyline Bar which include 4 hours of booze, food and the best seats in the house. Will probably get some in the area where most of the grogs will be sitting too so I can say gudday and have a seat if I get kicked out of the members.

I can now access the pre-sale with my password, although it only lets me have up to two tix for free as 'member appreciation admit', but none for purchase as adults or concession (the error message says "Purchase of any of "Adult", "Concession" requires purchase of another ticket type.")

I'm after a group of five, so this isn't particularly helpful - especially since the email from the club stated that "you can purchase multiple tickets in one transaction (max 8 per transaction)."
