But the 23-year-old – who measures in at 173cm and 76kg – looks finally set to become a BankSA Rookie after being named at half-forward.

The mature-age utility has been joined in the 23-man squad by Matt Raitt and luckless veteran Tarak Redigolo, who could make his return from a long-term injury.

Last year’s joint Knuckey Cup winner Brede Seccull will miss the match after injuring his finger.

Bit unfair for the Bays with North getting the home game on the Monday as the Bays have done well with this slot over a few years.

It's to allow the 4,000 Crows fans plenty of time to recover from their Chardonnay induced hangover from the night before [emoji3]

Yep, I call it Bullsh*t. Could guarantee a 4k+ crowd, but it's not like we need any extra coin.

Random and somewhat irrelevant stat- in their last 10 trips to Woodville, South have mustered just 51 points per game. :-B

Can they break the shackles and record a win? I’m not confident.

Fantastic to see Redigolo named in the squad after his second knee reco. Is the definition of a good club man.

Agree. IMO the hardest place to go and win for any side.

I did a double take when I saw the scores on the net, but South scored 3 goals in the second, and 1 goal in both the other quarters. Just low scoring but no idea why.
