The competition is at the cross roads with the 2 AFL teams using it as their plaything. Im not sure anything can save it, and maybe the SANFL don;t want to, they are happy for it to end up like the VFL.

These byes give supporters that have hung around even more reason not too. No surprise in the last couple of years grassroots footy around the state has seen a surge in interest and attendance, can only see this even more in 2016.

By the look of it the white flag has gone up, probably did a few years back to be fair.

All the money and effort into primetime night home games ..... given up on by the looks of it!

A totally Gayfl aligned draw setup for the two Cancers and still with only one of them sort of paying their way! :roll:

Can't help but think the SANFL runs this comp like our State Govt. runs STH. Australia,

ie. hands off the wheel but with mega spin at the appropriate times.

Why would anyone bother to have a club membership, seriously? It only encourages the SANFL that their doing great!
