Mr Olsen let slip that a couple of AFL curtain raisers likely when the draw is released. Hopefully just the Crows V Port Reserves teams playing before the AFL Showdown, although that would gain nothing so would seem unlikely. Pity the SANFL side who has the misfortune to be programmed into a curtain raiser, playing against possibly 20K opposition supporters in the last quarter! And given the squabble going on with the review, they would have buckeys chance of taking any revenue from the game.

I wouldn't think it will be Crows v traditional club - the Ravens don't have home games and that clearly would be a home game.

Cant see any SANFL club wanting to give up what is currently a Home game against the Ravens.
Would imagine a couple of Ports home games maybe curtain raisers

I for one am interested in seeing an AFL match as a curtain raiser to an Sanfl game. Though I sure hope the AFL boys start early (e.g. 8.30 a.m. before the main game at 2.20 p.m.) to give the Sanfl teams a decent chance to warm up.

They did this with Foxtel Cup games, so why not?

Not sure that a thread titled about the schedule and posts regarding the anticipated release of said schedule is considered 'fuss' now, Bounce of the ball !!!

Walker played in the other match that day.
