SANFL 'live' scores - will it ever work properly?

What seemed like a good idea at the time, IIRC there has not been a single round where the 'live' scores on the SANFL site has worked properly.

Tonight, apparently Norwood and Sturt kicked all their score after the final siren.

Without the dedicated posters on this site and some of the club sites, those not at the games would be in the dark (unless you listen to the RPH streaming which oscillates between 30 secs of commentary and 30 secs of buffering).

Now it's great when it works, but how hard is it to get it working properly?

"SANFL 'live' scores - will it ever work properly?"
Not so long as Telstra/BigPond are running the site.
Ask them - the problem is always in the end-users set up, so there is nothing to fix... 8)

Not much point in it, although it was fun watching a nil all draw unfold. Explains the frustration by some fans who were there.

Perhaps they should take some tips from the NAFC website with their live scoreboard, has the occasional problem but 99.9 percent of the time its right on the money

Or rely on the Roost (www.rocketrooster.com) which has no problems 100% of the time! :D

I thought this would be a poll. So "no" is my answer.

Good call (I was referring to the forum, not the front page), Ive been very slack and thinking of just having the forum as the home page as to tell the truth the amount of time SAFooty.net takes up I can't update rocketrooster.com like I used to. :(

A shame as rocketrooster.com was what kicked off my online sites. If it wasn't for rocketrooster.com there would be no safooty.net

I should spend more time on bloodntars.com and norwoodredlegs.com too but I'm slack and as mentioned before this site takes up so much time, mind you its this site that rakes in the cash and the others don't so you can understand my priorities. ;)
