Does anyone know if there are any places (pubs/clubs) in Adelaide that will have this on a big screen to watch??? If yes, how about having a SAFooty.net get together???

I'm pretty sure the ABC will be broadcasting the game back to Adelaide so most places will be able to put it on the box...

Otherwise, tune into LifeFM - 107.9 FM as they are heading over to WA and broadcasting the game live for all Croweaters...

Surely some of the club-owned hotels would have it on and at the very least could be prompted to have it on if it would attract a gathering?

I'm sure there's some pubs in Adelaide that won't mind putting on the game for us.

If we're going to have a gathering, best have it in the city.

I think the idea was to meet at one of the places that is owned by one of the 9 clubs, but I know what your saying.

The Grandstand Bar in Skycity had the Anzac Day match on the big screen... I reckon they'll come to the party for this.

I thought of the Casino, Rosemont, the Arkaba etc as well, but one thing to remember is that Adelaide play Carlton the same afternoon at Footy Park. Commercial venues may prefer to screen that game for punters/drinkers, which is why I thought a SANFL club venue may be a better prospect (no pun intended with prospect!). As far as proximity to town goes, Westies, Bar Zaar or Prospect would seem likely options.

They've got two big screens at the Casino though... or how about the Alma or the Tap Inn?

IF theres enough people at the casino and all demanding the state game against one or 2 wanting the crows, then surely the majority would rule!!!!!!

Prospect would be closed so no use going there.
Casino might show it on one of the smaller screens with no sound. Races and AFL would be turned up.
We did a deal with the Rosemont for the last game in WA and they showed the whole thing with the sound up for us.
Im cool with any central place (Bay or Richmond would be cool too), but if you want me to wander over the Rosemont one lunchtime and organise something I can. They gave us cheap pints last time too.

I would be able to speak to the westies bar manager and organise cheap drinks for all SAFooty people if you decide to go there to watch the game.

How about Woodville Oval? Not actually open to the public on the weekends anymore (except match days), could have our own gathering watching the SA v WA only? I'm happy to contact the club?

If they don't put the sound on with the game, make sure you get them to put it on 107.9 LifeFM and get the live broadcast from the game

I'll probably duck over to the Bay and watch this one....
