Port will be without Tim Looby for the next 2 weeks after he was suspended at the SANFL tribunal tonight...

Not sure about Jordan Barham, and I think Sturt's Toby Thurstans got 1 game as well...

Panthers by 5 goals... They're not the train wreck Port is at the moment...

I agree with that partly: If South believes it can win, it will. But I'll pick the Magpies. Port's desperation and South's inexperience will see Port home.

If South can string 4 decent quarters of football together, then they'll win easily.

I think South will win by 10 points

If Jack Cahill was the current Panthers coach I would say South all the way,

Some points have been made about inexperienced lists and I think that Port suffer just as much in that area as South, I do think that South do have a chance if Adam Cockshell begins to hit some form and provides some goal kicking options up front.

It is pretty hard though to see Port contine a record number of losses though and its more and more likely that they are going to break through sooner or later. As much as I support Ginever as coach of the PAFC, I do think that if Port lose to South this week there is a good chance that he would be stood down from the club as a direct result of it.

We have a history of losing these types of games.

Obviously I hope we'll get over the line but have a sinking feeling that port will pinch it.

It would be too easy to take that statement and lampoon it, but just this once I'll let it slide...

FWIW I reckon Port will get up too; they're long overdue. South has caught them at precisely the wrong time.
