Any truth to 99-goal forward Scott Morphett being in ill health recently/suffering a work-related injury??
Thought I had read/heard this somewhere...

(hope it's nothing serious BTW but he broke a mate of mines jaw a hundred meters behind the play once and I've never forgotten what a thug he was)

I thought I read or heard somewhere that he may have had a heart attack or something ???

I actually played social basketball against him a couple of years back down at the Distinctive Homes Domes and he was still a rough nut then as well, trying to push blokes around !!!

If true, I hope he is well. It was written in the paper a few weeks back that former Doggies star Rudi Mandemaker had a heart attack and had to give up the beer and ciggies !!

Wingfield and West End had to announce a massive profit downgrade on receipt of the news.

He had a heart attack....amazing considering he's still in pretty good nick and fit as a fiddle.
