Yeah, all gone pear shaped. A Premiership, a Grand Final, two prelim finals in 12 years to date. Yes, this is one 'experiment' that has gone wrong. Unlike Fremantle who are clearly on the right track.

Fremantle make money and have 40,000 members despite their lack of sucess. Imagine if they had won a GF. They'd have enough money to buy you out of debt

I was thinking more along the lines of how good the game would have been, yes I know you think it was pretty good anyway.

Adelaide is a 9 team town.
Our only aim to join the AFL was for the betterment of football in South Australia and to ensure our Club’s football future.

Imagine if we had beat Collingwood in the '03 Prelim, Imagine if we had kicked another 20 goals against Geelong in '07.....imagine this imagine that. Have you noticed Freo have not won anything...So having money off field is more important than being successful on field? I guess as a Strut fan you've seen a complete lkack of both around at times so you are probably a pretty good judge. For mine, I'll take $3m debt with a Premiership over money in the bank and nothing to show for it.
