Probably a carry over from our previous fitness regime IMHO that will only improve as time goes on.
D.White was probably best on ground for the first half today, big loss when he went off.
I could be wrong but I don't think Archard played today and he's probably been our best this year.
For a young newly gelling side to dominate for a half then fall down a bit but still get over the line is an awesome sign IMHO especially considering the sides we're beating and where they were last year, North will only improve, they're tackling better at times than Ive ever seen a North side tackle.
If we can dominate a Sturt side on their own ground for a half then when we get more used to our game plan down the track we're more likely to do that for closer to the entire game and get easy wins.
All looks very good down at Rooster land especially with the way some youngsters are going about their job.
Ackland makes a HUGE difference to our side, absolutely awesome player and a class act.
Alleway and Allan sensational today but big different on last year is the great performances by some youngsters and blokes like Toby Stribling who continue to impress. The goal Phil Davis set up on his own against the breeze was one of the most magnificent things Ive seen for a long time, especially funny when the Sturt fans laughed at his kick which set up what in the end was a winning goal!
