Goes for 10 minutes so it takes a while to load, but a film crew following some Alberton faithful last Saturday for the Glenelg home game.

Well worth the watch.

2.Is Funny, "nah mate, we never lose at home", "This is gods own country" "20-30 years ago never lost at home"

3. Are they real Port supporters?? At about the six minute mark you here one of them praise a pass from Snout's Louts very own Justin McConnell to Matty Duldig that resulted in a goal. Real Port supporters don't even acknowledge the opposition

Alberton's a great place. I have many fond memories because every time I went there the Redlegs won. Once with my mate Walshy we had a win and went to one of the local pubs (I think we ended up at Granville somehow) having a drink with our Norwood kit on ha ha. Very popular we were as you could imagine.

Then there was a time when myself and Bugman Wilson sang 'Grand Old Flag' while being showered by beer cups by the White family and other assorted Port losers.

The first time I went there in 1983 and we knocked them off...never seen so many glum faces. They thought that being coached by God would guarantee a victory over the infidel Redlegs. Ha ha.

ITS A GRAND OLD FLAG............MORE BEER PLEASE...IS THAT PIECE OF SHIT GRANDSTAND STILL STANDING??

Great video.
They have truly captured what it is to be a Port fan IMO.
Watching from overseas you tend to enjoy just seeing images of Adelaide. Love the old building by the train station. The massive line up of beer guts by the beer shed is also very nostalgic for a veteran of many away trips to Alberton. :lol:

I think Sturt is lining up for the record wins in a row by an away side at Alberton this year. Currently held by North.

the alberton scoreboard used to be a thing of fear with all numbers covered in, often, not so old, pigeon crap - part of the breed ém tough mentality i guess when it includes the scotreboard attendant

No sound for me with Firefox,Wedgie,but worked with IE.

Tried it on the laptop and it worked, sensational stuff, just a shame no Glenelg supporters venture there to make it a bit more entertaining in the outer.
