I hope its a Sturt win as it will be the only game i can get to for the year. Just for the stats i havet sewn Sturt win since 2004!
2005 0 games
2006 1 game
2007 2 games
2008 2 games

Looking at those number maybe i should put some money on west and might be able to pay for my flights back later in the year.

West sound as though they have improved a bit so i'm expecting a good game.
We're kind of up and down which is to be expected with a young squad so I guess it depends on which Sturt shows up.
No team is to be taken lightly, if you do you'll come undone.
That said, Sturt by 23 points.

Sadly have to miss this one.

WA are not quite ready to take it up to Sturt for the whole game so I wouldnt be expecting a win but I would expect a hard fought game from the Bloods if I were a Sturt fan.

Next time round I think we can have a real crack at Sturt but we just have not played enough games as a unit yet IMO to be a real threat this week.

But in saying that if Sturt go in half cocked they will be in real trouble

Reckon we will give it our best shot. We will have Dejongh back which will Moran in the ruck

Moran would have to be some sort of chance to play for the crows next weekend wouldn't he.

Hope not, not an AFL footballer and never will be.

Tippett was very good on Friday, will retain his place.

I thought Maric played well, performed up forward when sent there, rucked pretty well, and went in to bat when things were getting heavy. Keeps his spot!

Sturt to win by about 17 points. West have improved from last year, this will be a good test for them to see how much they have improved though.

with west drawing with the eags, they have shown some improvement and it will be a good, close game this week.

if sturt are to continue their form and tell the comp they are a finals team, then they should win and probably comfortably too.

west will be a tough side to beat though.

don't think there will be that much of a difference. Should be within 4 goals either way.

Agreed wycb. After Saturday I still have doubts about us blowing any opposition away at the moment. I hope that doesnt bite us on the bum this week. I expect Chambers to me double or triple manned again, so we need to find another avenue. I can see Cupido having a "day out" against our youngsters, but I think (hope) we might have a remedy for him

It should be a good hit out but I have some reservations :-s

BTW, Did any Westies supporters see the Sturt V Nwd game on the box last Sat? If by chance you did, how did Sturt look to you? I haven't seen it.

Extremely worried about this one. Can really see a 100 point belting coming. Every time we play well for a couple of games in a row we always put in a terrible game the next week. Chambers is due for a big game and always kicks a bag against us. Can't see a matchup for him to be honest (maybe Martin but he's just a kid). Will miss this one due to work unfortunately but not giving up hope yet. Please hang in there lads.
