Simply Containers sponsors West Adelaide Football Club development
Updated 31 March 2009

Australian container sale and leasing business, Simply Containers, has been announced as premier partner of the West Adelaide Football Club’s U18 Centre of Excellence team in 2009.

The sponsorship will allow the WAFC to give the U18’s the necessary equipment, coaching and resources required to give the players the best grounding possible for their game development.

Simply Containers is employing WAFC identity, Allan Brand as their Business Development Manager SA Country and sponsoring his time back to the football club to provide them with an experienced Country Zone Coordinator, Talent Supervisor and Assistant U18 Coach.

‘This is a fantastic win-win for Simply Containers and the Club. Allan splits his time between the two and generates business for Simply Containers with our portable building product range while also developing the players in the country regions,” says SCF Containers Director, Richard Sykes.

Allan will promote Simply Containers in the areas of the West Adelaide Football Club zoning from his base in Berri.

And as we all know development of your U18 squad is vital to the long term viability of a club, both financially (AFL $) and for onfield success down the track, look at the top teams they all have a large number of local players.

Hopefully this sponsorship will see a higher percentage of local boys in the Red and Black
