Those signs aways quote the maximum penalty, no one is ever likely to geat close to that

I would dare say that would be for events like the cricket/AFL.

I remember last year the threats that every person entering the field when Buddy Franklin kicked his 100th was going to cop a fine (of course when thousands run on that's impossible to enforce).

As for the penalty - the streaker in round 1 got less lol!
