I'm sure i've seen signs up for at least a $5000 fine at most arenas.

I would dare say that would be for events like the cricket/AFL.

I remember last year the threats that every person entering the field when Buddy Franklin kicked his 100th was going to cop a fine (of course when thousands run on that's impossible to enforce).
