Good point Bayman, mainley because its run by the SACA and has much more resources than the standard Suburban ground, so in the interests of "fairness" I left it out, yet included Thebbie!

I chose Richmond as like fish bowl setup. Wouldnt poll be better if least favourite ground to stop bias polling?

but the title say ''which is your favourite SANFL ground to watch footy ?'' (they do play sanfl there ;) )

while not many games were played in '08 as we know there is a game there almost every week in the season 'most years' :D

btw i understand your reasoning but it should be on the list

also i agree with troyGFC it could become a biased poll

If anyone votes for Noarlunga they should be committed immediately.
For atmosphere and seating you can not go past Coopers Stadium.
I have asked a few umpires and they love umpiring there and they are unbiased....unlike me.

2nd straight-jacket required, Noarlunga since ground redevelopment is a beauty with Richmond a close second.

I voted Norwood, but I am biased.

But if I had a second choice it would be Thebarton, we played the Eagles their in 2007
and the ground and supporter facilities was great, cause, we won they day too ;)

Seriously, Thebarton should be taken over by Sturt tyhen get rid of Dog Park

Cheers

Hard to vote cause some grounds have their own special features, apart from Prospect the others not in any particular order

Prospect for me because I am a North supporter and enjoy the atmosphere created at the TAJ

Richmond because of the best BBQ in the world

Alberton cause I luv the sea of red on the eastern wing and the bar there is superb

Woodville cause of the upstairs bar where u can stay all day in comfort if wet and watch the game

Elizabeth cause I just cannot believe what I see when I go out there, it's different thats for sure but good fun

Norwood cause of Coopers Hill, great place to watch night footy

Cant comment on the Bay since the renovations cause I have not been there since then and have never been to Noarlunga

TBH I personally I find appeal in every one of the grounds ... Occasionally I get the CBF's with Elizabeth and Noarlunga, but that's my fault for being a lazyass, nothing wrong with the stadiums themselves ... Once I'm there it's all good (except for the slaughterhouse that Elizabeth has nearly always been for my mob).

Because it's so bloody small they don't have to run as far, Glenelg is most likely high on their list as well.

I can't believe how many would vote for Adelaide

Kids can't kick a footy in the outer, let alone on the ground at 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, full time
Food is mass produced sh!t and overpriced
Beer in plastic cups, cans are much better, and better value at all the suburban grounds

Give me any one of the suburban grounds any day.

I would vote for Adelaide Oval.I go to watch the games-not eat, drink(take my own-much fresher & cheaper) or kick a footy around.

I voted for Prospect even though its food is average, cost of beer has gone up a lot and the toilet facilities are the worst in the SANFL.
I really enjoy night games at Norwood.
Woodville and Glenelg are similar, nice and green. From memory the Bay's toilets have improved.
Richmond is a bit ugly, and usually has no atmosphere, but has good food.
Unley is too cramped.
Alberton has decent enough facilities, bit ugly though. A plus is that North normally win there.
Starting to really like Noarlunga. Despite every game there feeling like a trial game, they have great food/drink service and the large cover for supporters is an excellent idea. Plus the playing ground is usually in top condition.
Don't like going to Elizabeth.
Really don't like Adelaide Oval.
Hate Amy Stadium (the only bonus of playing there is that it means you have made it to the GF).
