Adelaide Oval Parking Fees in 2006

I meant to make a post about this earlier but anyone else impressed that the Adelaide City Council after years of trying to get money by any which way they can have put the car parking fees at Adelaide Oval down from $7 to $4 this year?
With North moving a couple of home game there this year I know this a bonus from North supporters point of view.
I'd just like to give a big thumbs up to the Adelaide City Council to knocking them back so much despite how ridiculous they use to be.
It'll be downward income stream for them but definately a sign of good will if they're keen for SANFL footy to keep playing there.

Yeh, I thought it was dearer last year, 4 bucks is reasonable.

When we got to the game last night I also noticed a few kids kicking a footy on the Northern hill, which was great to see, have the Nazi's relaxed the rules this year.

Yes, $4 is very reasonable to park a car.

I mean sure, I paid a few bucks for a bus ticket but obviously it's cheaper to pay for a car, loan interest, insurance, servicing, rego, petrol and parking. I reckon that $3 less on parking really makes the deal a winner.
