PARRY REPORT A JOKE

For those of you that watched on ABC or was at the South v Port game. Is there anyone that dosen't think this report was a joke? Even one of the ABC commentators asked why was it even a free kick.
For those that didn't see it.
Kick across the Ground Stevens I think standing right in the middle of ALberton Parry trying hard to get to the contest. Parry jumps and realises Stevens is just about to mark turns away to protect himself and minimise contact as it is Stevens misses the mark. Parry Brushes the side of Stevens who goes to ground. Extremely minimal contact to the side.

With the Gowans Report last week that was softer than a soft serve ice cream on a 40 degree and Parry this week what are the umpires doing in terms of reports. Are they now paying them by the tribunal apperance.

I am a neutral fan of the game watching it on TV and I just can't understand the umpires an the things they are reporting. Yet the Eagles player that got cleaned up late and high last week and there was no report.

????????????????????????????

Thats all I can say

By SANFL standards it is very soft.
All I can think is that the umpire concerned musn't have anything better to do this Tuesday night.

Rule 23:8(d) - it shall be deemed reportable by an officiating umpire that a player charge another player with his arse.

Yep, it was a soft report.

From what I saw South were their own worst enemies. I'd like to see the unforced errors count.

Yes it was pretty pathetic, a free kick... yeah probably, but no way should that have been a report.

The umpire was Mr Richard Williams I beleive. So yes that does explain alot. Watched the game on the tube and agreed definately not a report. Maybe a free was warranted as it was late contact but definately not reportable.

It was soft. Had he actually cleaned Butcher up good and proper then it would have been fair as it was a bit late but he half missed.

Will get off.

Laughable to think he got reported as it barely warranted a free kick.
