Shockingly sad news of sudden passing on Friday of my good friend Gary.
You just never know what is around the corner.
Many Crows, West Torrens and Norwood players and officials will be deep in shock today.
My deepest sympathy to Gary's family

Very sad indeed. He was inducted as a Life Member of the Adelaide Crows in 2007.

This was a shock for everyone.

IIRC, many may remember Gary's infamous "run in" with Tony McGuinness when the two collided on Footy Park one day.

He was only in his 50s I believe and had been head trainer at Norwood for the past 2 years.

Rest in Peace, Gary.

I don't think it was Football Park, it was a ground in Melbourne. When I hear the name Gary Goudge that's what comes to mind first, that incident.

But he must have been a well respected trainer, he had been around for a long time. RIP.

Indeed, condolences to Loretta and the family.

End of Season BBQ won't be the same without the Big Fella.

Would you believe I only just saw this on the Wakefield Sports Clinic Newsletter

A big big shock... had many dealings with Gary over the years through various courses and information nights. A man I had a lot of respect for.

RIP

Well, it was a very well done service today. The turnout was indicative of the respect the South Australian Sporting Community have for Gary.

A good representation from the playing groups of both Norwood and Adelaide.

Dr Brian Sandos eulogy was also very well done.

You will certainly be missed, Gary, the end of year BBQ won't be the same without you.
