Strong rumour that these will be in for the 2009 season to see more of a focus on night footy at Richmond!

we may soon be a 'night competition'

seriously though you'd need stronger lights than the picture above

Hopefully the City of West Torrens is a bit easier to get on with than the City of Holdfast Bay who have made sure that the Glenelg FC cant have the same project given the all clear....

not the whole council just 3 dickheads who are against it (is how i believe it to be, cue mr j.beam) but at the same time are happy to get a free meal on match days & other functions.....this will be the first time ever i will vote in a local government election when they are next on & i dare say 2,000 glenelg members will as well

Yes I believe it is OK for Norwood, Elizabeth and AMMI Stadium to run lights but if Glenelg have lights it will damage the environment apparently !
Hope you kick them off Council next election....can we say wankers on here ?

The West Torrens Council have a very good relationship with West Adelaide.
They've been very supportive, I believe.

As a local resident of the area just drop a free ticket in my letter box for the night games and I will keep my trap shut
