not surprising at all, surely bentley & thomson have had enough chances to push themselves into the port lineup, admittingly for fabian his task was harder given he had to push brogan or lade out of the team but did he ever dominate a game for sturt to prove his worth ? (not the games i saw) & this is the last year that the draft doesn't have 'the gold coast influence'

also why are you whinging about players that 'don't belong-not sturt players' to your club ? (i know we whinged about willets) as no side can rely on afl players to win games & the best example of this is central

the player who got delisted that is stiff imho is williams

The only reason this is 'inappropriate' is because it happened to Sturt.

Bentley I would have been happy to give another year, but hes the same as Bryce Campbell in that hes a good to very good SANFL player, but doesnt have enough tricks to be a regular AFL player. Lacks pace and some decision making. Would be happy to re-draft as a rookie.

Fabian...the guy hasnt developed at all in the past three years. He was still playing SANFL reserves footy this year. He doesnt do anything around the ground and his actual ruckwork is a mixed bag. Whilst hes put on some weight and muscle...hes just not that good.

Giles will probably have to do some big things next year, but at least hes got a big body which isnt easy to push around, he can take a grab, kick a goal and has shown an upward trend in development.

I don't think Port knows what their doing..delisting Ryan Williams..hes a great player and is very talented. Hopefully the Crows pick him up! This is an absolute insult to him ..Ports loss..

Sturt will finally play Kouta every game instead of Fabs in the hope that he wont leave - nothing wrong with that at all !!!

Bentley finds the ball but does waste it - so once again not unhappy as he was takin the spot of a Sturt kid !!!

Thommo i am unhappy with but he will come home one day and does deserve another chance @ the AFL level !!!

Why would Port care which SANFL clubs their players were appointed to If this was taken into account it would be ridiculous. Sturt shouldn't be relying on their AFL players anyway.

Why because he chooses to delist 3 players aligned to Sturt Could it possibly have something to do with the fact that they don't cut it at AFL level. FFS sturtpeter I know you are very bias towards the Blues but this takes the cake.
