Just interested about how many people SANFL posters think will attend the big game on Sunday?

What have been previous years GF attendences? will this be the biggest in a decade?

Lets see:

3000 end-to-enders ( Im not counting the flares )
4000 non end-to-enders in RW&B
3000 freebie ticket holders
5000 SANFL Member
2000 Corporates who would not know half the players
6000 being delivered to Footy Park via Black and Yellow Waggon
2000 interested onlookers from other clubs
2000 from the Reserves GF families and friends.

27,000.

Thanks to the great stats man Phil Herden, here are some results and crowd figures from 1990 onwards. I think we will struggle to beat the 1990 crowd of 50,589 but would think we could be a chance to get the biggest crowd this millenium, 35,187 from Central v Sturt in 2002.

My prediction for a crowd this week is 35,398

Thanks for the stats.

It would be good if the Bays supporters come out of the woodwork for this one. Would be good to crack 35-40K

should be between 35 - 40k

remember there are lots of closet bay fans out there who will jump on the bandwagon for sunday as they know where footy park is, but cant remember where the local grounds are, since they jumped off when the crows came in.

I can't because the numbers will dwindle between me purchasing them & the actual amount that turn up on the day!

Would love to see 35 000+ but maybe around 32 000 is more realistic as long it's a loud, great atmosphere!

GO U DOGS!!
