Sensitive topic this one hey?

I was encouraged by Barto's response on DB.org. Rest assured Sturt fans we know those mental midgets are in a tiny minority of your great clubs supporters. I'm sure you blokes and the club will expose those idiots for what they are.

If this accusation is true, hopefully one of Stueys last act as CEO will be to plant a size 11 Copa Mundial fair up this persons khyber pass as they are forever cast out of the Sturt FC.

The fact he did what he did would say something about the person i don't think he would be man enough to own up for his actions.

I was watching the Sturt cheer squad just before the first bounce and couldn't believe how pumped up one of them was. Looked like he was going to explode. Looked over again towards the end of the quarter and he still had veins popping out his neck. They are a scary looking bunch... Most cheer squads are...

if this is true, these lowlifes should be banned for the rest of this year & half a season next year & then for life if they re offend after that, this should happen not just at sturt but at any club that this type of behaviour occurs as no club would want that type of idiot associated with them, it is the old saying 1% of the idiots spoil it for the rest

All clubs have a feral D!ckhead element. What is frustrating is that here we are talking about this same stuff again where if a few culprits were thrown out from various clubs over the years a few people might ahve learnt their lesson and we wouldn't have to put up with this crap.

Some of the shit that I've heard emanating from each clubs supporter base.. speaking of glass houses.

Trust me, I've been on the phone but there's not a lot I can do from this side of the country. I've left the door ajar for the person to publicly apologise on the db.org site, but really it's not me or anyone here he needs to apologise to.

FWIW, I dont have to or nor will I act on this to please North supporters.

My suggestion to the bloke would be to get on the blower ASAP to Stuart Totham because he's aware of whats gone on.

Norwood had a (so called) supporter cross the line with some far too personal comments directed toward Simon Feast last year or the year before and the club rightly identified and revoked his membership ... It's certainly unacceptable Barto, and I wish you and your club all the best with dealing with these idiots.

All clubs should show zero tolerance of racism. Hope they start to make an example of the minority of DH's who think it's clever.

Doubt the culprit will ever have the balls to apologize. IMO they are always the biggest cowards...afterall how often do you see one making comments while standing alone....nah they only do it when they think they have the protection of others around them and that just tars the others with the same brush.

Go on cheer squads...kick out the slimeballs and maybe gain more respect in the process.

Regards
JAS

Sure might be glass houses etc. but the Sturt cheersquad is the only one consistently getting themselves in shit.

I haven't even commented on what happened with the Sturt cheer squad, and FWIW worth, I think you did the right thing asking for an apology on db.org, don't like your chances of a response, but can't see that you can do any more.

I only commented (glass houses) on your "vulture" comment,
surely you don't really believe that no Sturt supporter has ever loked at the Roost (or other clubs forums) then bought the topic over here?

As for acting on it to please North supporters, give me a break, how many supporters from how many clubs have commented on the alleged incident?

My only comment relating to the aleged incident, Cheer Squads should be for the kids/teens, anyone older that wants to stay involved should not lose sight of that and foster a atmosphere that parents will let there kids be involved with, or they will die a slow death (most nearly have already).
My son's mate used to sit with the Sturt CS week in week out, but hasn't been allowed to for about 3 years now because of the actions of a vocal minority that is ******* it up for the rest with the right intentions.
