Very interesting game with Norwood expecting players back with may be up to 6 back. Both teams are bringing in bad form in to this game. On last time time tey played Norwood won the game easy with young gun Darren Shillabeer kicking 9 goals. So my prediction is Norwood by 15 points.

In a game that Norwood lost it for themselves 20 poinst up about 10 minutes to go and lost by 5 pts. One of ports goals in last quarter went through the points and given a goal because the goal umpire was in the wrong position to see it. Then norwood miss three goals from point blank range. One was running in to open goal and hitting the post from the goal square.

The real disappointing part of this game is umpires had an influence in the game and playing soft free kicks. One free kick port bloke blocking and then decided to tackle the norwood who was chasing the bloke had the ball. The port player blocking got the free kick. Not playing advantage or picking touchy freekicks and missing the blaten ones. As well the umpires are too far from the umpires. I was talking to one of the parents one umpire had that many complaints about it is not funny. Then you got congratulate the norwood boys by not losing the plot when umpires had influence and change the game completely when the lost to Sturt.

I think the bits I've highlighted are more the factors the boys should be focusing on ... Always a bitter pill to lose in circumstances like that, but at the end of the day you shouldn't lose in that situation and need to learn the lesson from it, excuses dont get anyone anywhere.

Bad luck to the boys, hopefully they can make their mark next year.
