Well done LifeFM, even though we can't get it on TV, we still have a first in SANFL coverage.

Quick Question

We are currently finalising a running sheet for what we are looking to include.

Its all rather pioneering given the last radio broadcast was back in the 1960's I think.

Any thoughts as to what you want us to cover (besides the actual count itself)??

Always happy to take on ideas.

P.S. Does the show have a boundary rider?

Couple of interviews with past and present players perhaps?

Hi Jas,

Assume you will be tuning in about 15 1/2 hours from now for the blockbuster from the Bay.

Great to hear LifeFM will be covering the count.

I'd love for the count to be live from round 1 rather than the results pre-recorded up to round 19-20 - though I'm not sure whether LifeFM or the SANFL control that.

well done to all concerned, my suggestion would be to make sure the 'leaderboard' is kept up to date with us listeners

Latest odds from John Thornton.
Always good to use these odds on the show as a guide to the players respective chances.

We will pretty much have to work with the count as it is presented and then present various comments & pieces around it.

Will be facinating putting this together and then flying by the seat of our pants on the night.

Phil, I'd love to help out but unfortunately that's the day I get back from Hong Kong and have to work all day with a job interview, I have an uncanny feeling I might be asleep by 8.30pm.
Give me a buzz if Jimmy gets up.
Its a pity its not in Grand Final week like the last couple of years, must have been too successful so the SANFL gave it up.

Cheer Wedgie,

We should be right for people, after all the count is done by others we just comment on it and do some interviews around it.

Three of us will be hosting should be more than enough.

Just want to make sure we aren't missing anything with what we should present.

I was thinking more from the point of view of someone keeping an up to date scoreboard on here of the leaders, Im sure someone will step into the breach though. :D
I love Magarey Medal Night and would have love to have been there or at least listened to it, but after its success of the last couple of years Im not surpised the SANFL have moved it, similarly to the way they moved so many games from yesterday's perfect conditions to today's miserable conditions.
Still if you pay peanuts you get monkeys making decisions!
