I know its a bit early for this to start up but one would think a similar result to the Dogs as todays win over South Adelaide...
Centrals by 5 or 6 goals for me...

Don't know what is going on there...
My initial post CLEARLY says the word PREVIEW...
Yet on Dutchy's post it has been changed to REVIEW ???
Gremlins in the system or Dutchy back on the "I hate Big Phil" bandwagon ???
Joke joyce, I seriously don't know why is says review on the other posts, my title clearly has the P at the front of it...

See, now it has PREVIEW...
What the ???
P.S - I saw you at the bus stop in the city on King William tonight Thiele, you looked dissapointed, especially after last weeks win I guess...
Let's see if another Dutchy post changes it back, as long as his content makes sense this time

(another joke mate...)

I said in the opening post Smac that I think the Dogs will win by 5 or 6 goals in similar fashion to the win over South today...
I hope Kurt Tippett goes up to the Crows after his 4 goals for West today, reckon he might be a handful for Yves Sibenaler...
Spoke with Chris Gowans at Noralunga before the bounce today who was a late withdrawal after twinging his hammy on the track Friday night. Said he should be right to come back for this game so it will be tough for selectors to have to leave someone out from todays side.
Looking forward to this Sunday game as it means I can go and watch my mates play in the amatuer league finals on the Saturday...

Centrals warming up for finals and West who will blood another one or two kids, should amount to a easy win for centrals. I think if this group that westies has can keep demanding of each other what they are other they should improve vastly in 09

. Hopefully Griffin goes up to the crows and Moran comes back for Westies

.
Centrals by 7 goals.

Centrals will probably win by about 48 points, though if they play like they did in the third quarter yesterday for 4 quarters it will be 100+ points.

I think The Dogs will be keen to start gaining some consistant form over 4 quarters, especially leading into the finals and of course before the big final minor round game against Sturt, so i think Westies might be in a bit of trouble here...
Centrals by 12 goals for me, Luke Cowan to kick 7 !!! ?
Will be interesting to see if the in form Kurt Tippett gets a call up to the Crows this week, might slighlty change the result if he plays...

Just heard John Reid on 5AA announce the INS and OUTS for the Adelaide Crows this week...
The Bloods will lose Kurt Tippett but will get back Brad Moran for the clash with Centrals this week...

CENTRAL DISTRICT FOOTBALL CLUB LEAGUE SIDE
SUNDAY 31st AUGUST '08 Vs WEST @ BROADSPECTRUM OVAL
Full Forward: Scott Dutschke, Luke Cowan, Ian Callinan
Half Forwards: Chad O'Sullivan, Heath Lawry, Luke McCabe
Centre Line: Louis Hadden, James Gowans, Elijah Ware
Half Backs: Trent Goodrem, Andrew Hayes, Ryan Williams
Full Backs: Adam Switala, Yves Sibenaler, Richard Cochrane
Rucks: Jonathon Giles, Paul Thomas, Matthew Slade
Interchange: Jason Mackenzie, James Moss, Brayden O'Hara
IN: Jonny G - Jonathon Giles
OUT: Jonny G - Jonathon Griffin
Just the 1 change from the side that beat South Adelaide last week. No Jonathon Griffin in the team while Joffa Giles comes in after a BOG effort in the reserves last week. No Chris Gowans either, obviously he will not risk that hammy and save himself for the Sturt game, as seems to be the case with Daniel Schell and his groin issue.
Interestingly with Griffin not being in the side, I wonder if he is injured, was he dropped to the reserves by Centrals or have the Adelaide Crows held him back from playing this week ? We know that Griff has had a hip issue all season so hopefully he just pulled up sore and decided to rest it this week, but will still be available for the Dogs in the SANFL finals ?

So is it Giles in for Griffin or Griffin in for Giles BP? Maybe you just got them around the wrong way I hate it when you get it wrong

. Well i almost got it right with Griffin out and Moran back pity they took Tippet back

. No suprises that Gowans won't be risked nor that there are minimal changes at this time of the year. Hopefully it is a good day for footy and we see a decent contest.
