Pretty heavy rain fell at the start of the 2nd term making conditions a bit slippery...
Big Tippett takes another strong overhead mark, this time only 15 out on a slight angle...
This time he kicks truly and shortly after Stephen Morris kicks a great running goal to give the Bloods a game high 14 point lead.
14 minutes in...
West: 4.6 = 30
South: 2.4 = 16

19 minute mark of 2nd term...
Dylan Williams marks on a tight angle and his shot just misses for a behind...
West: 4.8 = 32
South: 2.5 = 17
Rain coming down again, Westies probably kicking with a 3 or 4 goal breeze to the Northern end...

Ryan Ferguson takes another one of those super couragous marks running back with flight of ball...
Gees he does that well, very Nick Reiwoldt like...

Can't see the Bloods losing from here, playing very good footer.

Big Matthew Martin, the State Under 18 Rep, roves the pack well and dribbles Westies 5th goal through...
Siren just sounded for half time, Bloods have game high lead of 24 points...
West: 5.11 = 41
South: 2.5 = 17
A little scrappy with the conditions down at Noarlunga but Westies look the better team early on...
Both sides have a few impressive kids running around out there, just need to work on their skill excecution...

Great to see some old footage of the SANFL and hear Kym Dillon commentate for Channel 9 at the time...
Second half about to commence now on the TV...

10 minutes into the 3rd term, goals have dried up a bit, ball going back and forth between the 2 sides forward lines...
Scores still remain...
West: 7.11 = 53
South: 2.5 = 17

To say this is a poor effort from South is an understatement.

14 minute mark and Piasentie kicked all 3 goals of the 3rd term, crumbs and dribbles through a good goal...
West: 8.12 = 60
South: 2.6 = 18
Bloods surely home from here for their 2nd win of the season...
Captain Nathan Brown gone for the game with a groin injury...
South's last goal was at the 8 minute mark of the 1st quarter...
