Can the Legs still get 3rd from the Dogs?

Norwood would have to win all their remaining games:
West
Eagles
Sturt

Centrals would have to lose all their remaining games (or draw one):
South
West
Glenelg

I thought we were in trouble when I heard Sturt had Thurstans and Bentley.
Well done Norwood!

Norwood definitely the better team on the day.
Handled the wet weather much better than sturt.
My top 5 would be

best = Gallagher
2nd = Weatherald
3rd = Walker
4th = Sheedy
5th = Jericho

Probably not. We've thrown away 4 wins this season, and the one that will hurt us in the final wash up is the one to Central 3 weeks ago.

Still it was great to win, especially after three very arrogant Sturt supporters told me yesterday Norwood was no problem to them whatsoever, and one suggested to me Weatherald wasn't good enough to make the Sturt side. I wonder what they're thinking now :D

To the Central supporter who told me Norwood would win ... good call!!!!

Does Chambers have an injury, or was he just rested at the end?

Anyway, I'm wet and cold, and a hot shower will make me feel even better ... Go the Legs!!!!!

Not exactly true. Norwood play Glenelg last match, Central play Sturt.

Ah what the hell....anythings's possible...might as well try.

Just need people to do what I suggested last year...get the sprinklers on the night before a game and take buckets of water to the game...but oh no...nobody ever listens to me :roll: :lol:

Mud, mud glorious mud :D ....bring on the photo's

Sturt have had a couple of losses now on small grounds....anything in that? mind you I thought Norwoods pressure was outstanding today

One of the commentators on Life FM's wrap suggested Weatherald was BOG against his old club.
Anyway, let's save our grey water to run around watering ovals before matches from now on.... :wink:

Norwood just too good today, outplayed and outmuscled us
I reckon Reilly wouldnt have played in conditions like that very often but I thought he did OK, as for Toby, very ordinary day for him and I know conditions not suited to big men but he was poor

MALS SNAPSOTS

Sam Rowe has not kicked a point this year ? :ANAL:
Jamie Vlatko didnt make a foot disposal error all day today ? :oops: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

COINCIDENCE ??????
NW gets P MACHINE firing and are winning games.

Did Brant :prayer: CHAMBO pull a hammy today ?

Did Timmy Weatherald get some Magery Medal votes vrs his previous SANFL club ?
Is he still good enough to be in Sturts team? [YES !!!]

Are ST fallible in wet condidtions[its the 2nd time NW has trounced ST in the wet 2007+today]

STURT SUPPORTERS
Take heart finals are not played on postage stamped grounds in the slush
They are norMALly played in the dry bigger grounds which I think will suit your boys in the finals

NORWOOD SUPPORTERS
Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo yooooooooooooooooooooooooou legs

As soon as I saw what the conditons would be like I thought Christ this would be the best chance to beat Sturt who play a fast paced game. Very nice result indeed.
