Anyone who is in the Holdfast Bay council zone will have been following this in the Messenger. Time to go Crutchett & Bouchee!

Norton at least has a point. The other two just seem to have it in for GFC for no good reason. They'd rather spend the $ on a couple of marble dolphins at the head of Jetty Road. Booo!

Perhaps Crutchett and Bouche should be running for the Adelaide City Council with their anti-progress attitdude

I live in Bouchee and Tim Lookers ward.... I would vote for Nicole Cornes before them in the next council election . I did Vote for Tim Looker (who wants carbon neutral lighting ) at the last state election when he was an ALP canditate but never again. Bouchee is belongs in ABC comedy Keeping up appearences....trollop.

i had already known about this & a couple of other things that have happened in the public eye, now for the first time ever i am going to vote (at this level) as is some friends which includes some posters of this very site, i can say more but feel it'd be better coming from who told me as i wouldn't want to upset him i case it was told in confidence

I would encourage all SANFL supporters to vote in the next council election on this issue. More often than not a councillor is elected on 1000 or so votes due to the low voter turn out.

Sturt did a similar thing when the Unley Council were making it hard for them to get back to Unley Oval and actually published a list of preffered candidates in the local Courier at the time, I think that was the only time I have ever actually voted in a council election!

Heh heh, no the only sympathy is for having councillors who seem to exist only to bring misery from their lofty heights to the 'great unwashed' such as our good selves. As sojourner alludes to, Unley has one in particular who revels in making life difficult for Sturt.

Purely from reading about the goings-on in the Guardian Messenger though the Holdfast Bay council appears to be a basket case.
