Stats, stats....you could look at the stat that they have lost 2 out of the last three.
But, it was always going to be hard to beat the Dogs twice at Elizabeth. I think the Bays are far from imploding. The Roosters , well ........

Could've counted the seconds for this topic to come up, if you had nothing better to do on a saturday night. Karma?

les i agree with you, our last 4 weeks has been ordinary, hopefully just a midseason slump that will be addressed during the next 2 weeks, but i am still happy with the 13-3 :D

I still think the Bays will finish top. Sturt have a harder run home including Centrals at Elizabeth. I think the top 3 has been set for a few weeks now.

Sturt are still a chance of losing 2-3 of the next 4 remaining rounds.

Maybe we can lose to South and Centrals in the last 2 rounds like the bays have?

Bays are not imploding but a wheel did fall of the bandwagon on Main North Rd tonight on the way home.

As for whether we're imploding...not so sure, but I certainly experienced a few EXplosions after witnessing the CDFC cheerleaders again...

Meh, a loss to Centrals on a Saturday night at Elizabeth. Hardly surprising Central were going to turn on another cylinder at this time of year. Glenelg are a quality side, quality players and well coached as their standing suggests. I think this game has told us more about Central than Glenelg. There are 3 pretty good teams battling it out this year. I'd still have Glenelg slight favourites (although less slight after this game) over Central and Sturt.

Yes indeed - all of our finals hopes were pinned on this game, like a one dollar scratchy from a long lost aunt on a Hallmark card.

And alas, the scratchy came up fruitless.

I blame Hallmark and Sands for making these cards in the first place.
