Just wondering if anyone on here knows if an arrest and any charges were ever laid on the person that assulted young NAFC player Matt Wright some 18 months ago? If charges were laid, does anyone know what the outcome of it was?

I hope the mongrel gets the punishment he deserves...

My younger brother was "bottled" at a pub a few years ago and ended up with a broken jaw and swelling on the brain, the bastards that did it got a slap on the wrist while my bro has to take a tablet everyday for the rest of his life as a result of the whack on the head :?

It wasn't 18 months ago, it was after the season ended, Matty played in the 07 GF.

Just glad to hear that someone has been charged over it. After what happened to Sam Davis from the SAFC this year it is important that incidents like this do get brought to justice and are dealt with appropriately.
