Extra security staff needed

After the West/Glenelg game yesterday, i overheard a Weslo security staff member say... extra security staff next week (Broadspectrum) to one of his fellow staff members. The question from his mate was why? His answer was...Sturt supporters, nothing but f*****g trouble with that lot.
I didn't realise they were that bad. Obviously it's a minority and one would think that the Sturt football club should have sorted out by now. Now i'm not shit stirring, just that i heard the remarks as i was passing by.

Probably cause Weslow are too lazy to get off there backsides so that is main reason they need more numbers.

I think its somewhat of a long bow to draw that Sturt have the most problematic supporters at the games, truth be known, every SANFL Club has those issues at times. Maybe in Sturts case it is because the crowd are more confined so "Weslo" actually are called on to act and it shows in their figures as a result. If an incident occured on the other side of Elizabeth Oval its likely to be all over well before they get there to deal with it!

No offence to any overweight people or anything out there but it has come across me that most welso staff are overweight.

I was there at all the games in those dark days-can't actually recall seeing much security around at all.

The only reason they'd need more staff is because Sturt supporters actually travel in number - something not usually much of a problem at Richmond

Sturt supporters are wonderfully behaved and have no prior incidents to warrant arranging an extra security staff prescence. It's not like the last time these 2 sides met there were any badly behaved hooligans from the Sturt cheersquad who caused trouble.
