So far, I'll post the Team Stats for the Sunday Mail, and if anyone has the clubs' stats, I'll replace them and note which ones have been replaced

Eagles 110 marks is a club record (from 1992 onwards) - previous best 107 marks Round 21 1998 vs. North and Round 6 2001 vs. Glenelg.

That doesn't suprise me, the Eagles for 3 quarters plus spent most of their time chipping the ball sideways and backwards, was noted by the Eagles fans I talked to as well. Very ugly and boring to watch.

Yes it was strange as i've always thought they played direct footy.
At times it was like a Rehn-led Westies

Exactly. Last year the Eagles had the second least posessions in the league, yet scored the most points for. Stats are very over-rated IMO. If you watch the game, you can generally get a feel for exactly what a side is doing. I hope Ron Fuller's game plan isn't revolved around chipping the football cos our players aren't skilled enough for that!

The funny thing about this is the Eagles played the same way the week before first half shocking like saturday then longer and direct in the second half !!
