Shannon Motlop to retire from NA ?

The word from Louispect Lip and another supporter of the NAFC is that Shannon Motlop may announce his retirement shortly.
Motlop from all reports has a very suspect back problem that will end his career.
If its true all football supporters will miss the very special talents this guy brings to footy.
Is one of my favourite footballers playing, his skills , his talent will be missed.
To see Shannon holding his kid today in he 3/4 time huddle and knowing it could be over was a downer today.
Motlop may retire ?
Motlop may also be going to Darwin in the near future as well ?
I hope neither is the case, and hope he recovers and plays SANFL footy again

Theres more to life than just footy & i think the bloke recognises that when holding his youngster & deliberating on whats best for his future,
I think his little one would be saying, "dad you made the right choice- thank you".
