Worst game of footy I have seen ever I reckon, even after watching Sturt belt us last week, I reckon this was worse, West no idea, North not much of an idea, should have won by 100 plus, least the beer was cold and on occasions the groggies came out with some classics to keep everyone amused, anyone says North are back after that performance are absolutely kidding themselves

Guess it shows how much interest was in the game, piss poor crowd, piss poor atmosphere, not alot of highlights, hell of alot of mistakes, think for North Stewart kicked 3 with some strong marks, Younie 4 or 5 as well, Gill with 3 or 4 lots with 1 or 2, for Westies no idea but the pie man looked good up forward in the 2nd half and kicked a couple, best players, Alleway, this guy is sensational, Wright, his hard ball gets and clearances in the middle have to be seen to be believed, Allan as usual, Younie for his goals and work rate, Stewart a target all day, McIntyre down back, O'Hara work around the ground was great (still dont think he had a kick though), for Westies, sorry don't know anyone but Pieman, he was very good after half time, but most the others an embarrasement

on a side note in the 19's North lead by about 33 points at about 25 minutes into the third and were dominating only to be totally over run by West who ended up winning by 21 points. A great run with the umpires early in the last saw North lose the plot and basically for the last 15 minutes they struggled to get their hands on the ball.

Taite Silverlock after a pathetic first quarter came home with a wet sail and kicked about 7 from FF in the last 3 quarters.

West seem to lack a forward or perhaps even forwards at the present time. It seemed to me that the moment Cupido was moved up forward the team as a whole began to lift and Cupido had four shots on goal for a return of two goals.

Cupido seems to start every game in the back and when he is moved forward he kicks goals for the club. Still he also plays well at full back because of his long kick, so I can see the dilemma for the coaching staff.

It was a bad result for the club today and I dont know really what can be done in the short term to fix things aside from robbing Peter to pay Paul?

North were never going to be "back" after 1 week, but they still have plenty of footy left this season to find their best form.
