could actually be the first win for wafc in 2008. my dad who is a south fan said that west and south could well struggle this season after seeing the trial match between us truth be told he is probably rite without offending any south supporters he said the skill level and decision making was terrible from both sides and actually this saturday could prove my dad rite.

Toss a coin.

I saw West play Sturt a couple of weeks ago, and they were insipid.
Difficult to gauge whether they were as bad, or worse than we were against Sturt, North and Glenelg.

Should be a "cracking" match.

I remember the trial match too, since then our skills, disposal and decision making hasn't improved much not sure about South.

Could be a game of epic mis proportions.....

The challenge for the day will be if anyone can get to 50% when it comes to hitting their target. Cupido and Brown from WAFC might do it, none of the others have a chance.

What about SAFC? Have you got anyone who can actually hit a target?

I for one will be there with bells on,I just hope the panthers come to play.
We have copped some hammerings the past month, and both of these teams should be very evenly matched.
Again I truly hope to see some new young faces in our league team this weekend as some of the players in the league team at the moment do not have a future at the club in IMHO.
Maybe it is the same at Westies too?
Definately some players playing for the future!!
Lets hope the fans come out to support their club regardless of their positition on the ladder!!!

Yes Westies to win their first game of the year over South. Scores should be interesting both to score under 10 goals.
I hear its not all rosey down South after a few hidings, players have seen a different side to Gentleman Jack!
Its not gonna get any better unfortunately, theirs alot more hidings to come, they'll be lucky to win 2 more games.

Will be there with bells on also. This could be an important game - to see who eventually gets the spoon. West will have to win to even have a show of not winning the spoon. South will have to win to ensure West look like winning it. Should be most entertaining.

What is the smallest SANFL attendance since '91 ?

Has any club gone the whole season winless? Let's hope West don't become the first and / or one of that club!
But yes, it was a pretty pointless comment wasn't it?!
